How do I create an account?

You need to create an account before enrolling in a course. Click on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) on the top left of the Store screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register and then on Sign Up. Enter your email address and password to create an account.

How do I use an access code?

You need to create an account to use an access code. After successful login, click on ‘Access Code’ on the left hand column. Type in your access code and click ‘submit’. The respective course will be added to your My Courses section.

How to take a Course?

After you have purchased a course or used an access code, the course will be added to your My Course section. Click on the course image to begin the course.

I'm having trouble logging in - what should I do?

Click on the Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. The new password will be sent to your registered email address. Login with the new password you create. If the issue still persists, please send an email to learn@monarchjointventure.org with the issue details.

I am unable to access a course I enrolled in - what should I do?
