About This Course

Mini Monarch Essentials: This 2-hour, self-paced course provides a foundational understanding of monarch butterfly biology, the threats they face, and effective conservation strategies. You'll gain the knowledge needed to help protect these iconic pollinators and support healthy ecosystems.
Monarch Larva Monitoring Project (MLMP): Become a community scientist with MLMP! This asynchronous training teaches you how to collect vital data on monarch populations. You'll learn about monarch biology, monitoring procedures, and data entry protocols. Plus, participate in monthly live Q&A sessions with monarch biologists to deepen your understanding and get your questions answered.
